Hello! I’m Alyssa Armstrong, a Digital Designer located in Los Angeles County, California. In Spring 2022, I earned my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Digital Art + Design with a minor in Business Administration. Throughout my design career, I learned visual design acts as a language.
Digital designers visually translate brand values and aesthetics into visual art pieces. These art pieces are made to be unique and stand out to the key target audience. I grew a deep passion for design as a visual language. It’s all about strategy, type, color, visual manipulation, and brand storytelling. With this in mind, the design industry consistently adjusts to different trends.
As a Digital Designer, the ultimate goal is curate a visual solution for a brand’s target audience. I begin by understanding my overall intentions in the design process. By involving multiple perspectives, I can visually communicate the brand to my client’s target audience. One of the most important aspects of my work style is being self-sufficient and adapting quickly to a work environment, as well as the ongoing trends.
